WhereItsGone provides a personal expense tracking tool. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service.

2. Accounts & Authentication
Access to WhereItsGone requires a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that is harmful to other users or to the service.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into WhereItsGone. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Shared Wallets
When you add another user to a wallet, that user will have access to all transactions and categories within that wallet. You are responsible for ensuring you only invite users you trust. We are not responsible for any disputes arising between wallet members.
The creator of a wallet may remove members or delete the wallet (subject to the conditions described in the application). Deleted wallets and their entries cannot be recovered.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
WhereItsGone is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
WhereItsGone is a personal expense tracking tool and is not a regulated financial service. It does not provide financial advice. You should not rely on information in the app as a substitute for professional financial or legal advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhereItsGone and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
